Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

This policy explains what data Fansify collects, why, and for how long. Fansify aims to collect the minimum needed to run a rank-by-bid directory and to keep a compliance trail for consent and reports.

1. What we collect

DataWhy
Listing details you submit (handle, link, category, location, bio, X/Instagram links, collab preference)To display and rank your listing
Age/Terms consent events: timestamp, hashed IP address, browser user-agentTo maintain a compliance record that visitors and listers confirmed they are 18+ and agreed to these policies
Payment metadata from our payment processor (NOWPayments): order ID, amount, currency, payment statusTo confirm payment before a listing goes live
Reports submitted via "Report a listing" (handle referenced, reason, optional contact, hashed IP, timestamp)To review flagged listings

2. What we do not collect

Fansify does not collect or store government-issued ID, date of birth, full IP addresses (only a one-way hash is retained), payment card numbers, or cryptocurrency wallet private keys. We never see or store your wallet's private keys or seed phrase — payment is handled entirely by our payment processor.

3. How IP addresses are handled

We do not store raw IP addresses. When you confirm the age/Terms gate, submit a listing, or file a report, we compute a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address (combined with a private salt) and store only that hash, alongside a timestamp. This lets us demonstrate that a consent or report event occurred from a given source without retaining the IP itself in reversible form.

4. Retention

5. Who we share data with

Payment processing is handled by NOWPayments; when you pay, they process your transaction under their own privacy policy. We share only what's needed to create and confirm an invoice (amount, currency, an order reference) — we do not share your listing content or contact details with them beyond what's needed for the transaction itself.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to remove a listing you submitted, or to tell you what data we hold about a specific listing or report, by contacting us using the details below. Because consent and report logs exist specifically to demonstrate compliance, we may retain a minimal record (e.g., that a consent event occurred, via its hash) even after a listing is removed.

7. Takedown and removal requests

To request removal of a listing, correction of your data, or a copy of what we hold about you, email privacy@fansify.lol. To report a listing you believe involves a minor or otherwise violates our Terms, use the "Report a listing" link on the Site or email abuse@fansify.lol — reports involving suspected minors are prioritized for immediate review.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
