These Terms govern your use of Fansify (the "Site"). By using the Site, submitting a listing, or paying to be ranked, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Fansify is a pay-to-rank directory. Creators pay to have a listing placed on a public leaderboard, ranked solely by the amount paid. Listings link out to third-party platforms, including adult-adjacent content platforms, that Fansify does not own or operate.
Fansify does not host, sell, produce, verify, moderate for accuracy, or endorse any content on the platforms that listings link to. Fansify is not a marketplace, an escrow service, a matchmaking service, or an age-verification or identity-verification service. A listing's presence on the Site is not an endorsement, recommendation, or representation of any kind about the linked content, the person behind it, or their compliance with any law or platform policy.
All listings are submitted by users, not by Fansify. Fansify makes no representation or warranty about the accuracy of any handle, location, category, bio, social link, or other information in a listing. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you submit.
You must be at least 18 years old to access the Site, submit a listing, or pay for placement. By submitting a listing you separately confirm you are 18 or older and authorized to submit that specific listing.
Bids are processed via a third-party cryptocurrency payment provider. All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether your listing is later removed, whether you are outbid, or whether you change your mind. Fansify does not control cryptocurrency network fees, confirmation times, or exchange rate fluctuations.
Fansify may remove, suspend, or refuse any listing at any time, at its sole discretion, without refund, including but not limited to listings that:
Removal for any of these reasons does not entitle you to a refund of any amount paid.
You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any platform your listing links to, and with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction, including laws relating to adult content, advertising, and data protection. Fansify is not responsible for your compliance or non-compliance with third-party terms or applicable law.
Anyone can report a listing using the "Report a listing" link on the Site. Reported listings are queued for manual review; reporting alone does not guarantee removal, and a listing is not automatically taken down solely because it was reported. Fansify reviews reports on a best-effort basis and may act on a report at its discretion, including immediate removal where a report reasonably suggests a listing may involve a minor.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fansify and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, any listing, any linked third-party platform, or any payment made. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fansify's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid to Fansify in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Fansify may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.
